Dennis E. Standbridge, PMP
Sr. Vice President/Director of Operations
Dennis started his career at H&A in 1977 as a mechanical draftsman and designer. After having accepted an opportunity to work for another engineering firm for ten years that was formed by many of H&A’s former employees, he returned in 1991 as H&A’s first fully dedicated, PMP® certified project manager. Dennis developed the project management department’s formal “Project Management Procedures” manual in 1999 through experience and industry driven guidelines, and in 2001 he was appointed to director of operations and named senior vice president.
Working closely with the CEO, Dennis oversees the technical and support disciplines responsible for production and product delivery. Dennis continues to successfully expand H&A on a national and international scale through the supervision of operations and close alliance with the goals of the company, and currently serves on the board of directors.
Dennis graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) with a bachelors in management. As a strong believer in self-improvement and growth, he anticipates the completion of his MBA from VCU in April of 2012.
