Vice President/Director of Human Resources

Patti began her career at H&A as a human resource professional in 2008. Constant dedication to education, guidance and analytics of human capital awarded her the position of director of human resources, and in 2011 Patti was promoted to vice president.

Within her first year, she founded H&A University to establish an education-focused culture within the company. Patti believes that when trying to identify solutions to weaknesses, whether through training, employee/management counseling or restructuring suggestions, the organization can strengthen its capacity if the communication is open and there is a willingness to learn.

Patti earned a bachelors in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Saint Leo University and is scheduled to complete her MBA in December 2011. A strong belief in continual personal development has driven Patti to achieve the highest designation as SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources).
