  H&A Announces New Certified Energy Manager

  H&A's newest Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is Stefana Petrova-Bowens, PE, senior mechanical engineer at the firm's Richmond location. The CEM credential has gained industry-wide use as the standard for qualifying energy professionals both in the United States and abroad. The CEM demonstrates high levels of expertise, competence, proficiency, and ethical fitness in the energy management profession. H&A currently has six CEM's on staff.
