The Village of Rocketts Landing

Prior to H&A’s involvement, the historic 54-acre Rocketts Landing site in Richmond, Virginia had degenerated into an industrial brownfield. Initial planning of the project included extensive community workshops, visioning sessions, and focus groups. Through this process the firm developed a master plan that lays the foundation for village life. 

The $600 million community – with 2,000 residences, 500,000 square feet of office space, 200,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space, and a private marina – resurrects one of the Richmond area’s oldest and most significant districts.
