Corporate Office Properties Trust Headquarters

When Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) embarked on the planning and design of their new corporate headquarters, the company’s leadership sought to reflect their corporate culture of "caring, trust, and respect for all" in every design decision.

In the resulting 52,000 square foot headquarters, H&A achieved a built environment that is a true manifestation of COPT’s corporate culture. The office building in Columbia, Maryland, provides light filled work areas conducive to the collaborative and individual efforts of everyone in the organization.

With the achievement of LEED^® Silver certification, the new corporate headquarters has taken its place among the "top 50 places to work" in the United States.
