H&A Architects & Engineers Virginia Beach Office

H&A had been intimately involved for many years in the evolution of Virginia Beach Town Center, and therefore chose it as the location for the new office.

H&A provided complete design services for the 20,866 SF space in the Armada Hoffler Tower, which includes six conference rooms with an adjacent catering kitchenette, two document centers, an interiors library, and a break room area.

The design also includes a multi-purpose space known as the “Urban Lab,” a unique space that includes complete audio visual capabilities, such as smart projectors and a whiteboard wall.

The office will achieve LEED Gold status certification receiving multiple credits for site selection and water efficiency levels. It will be the first office location in the Armada Hoffler Tower to receive this designation.
