Towne Pavilion Center II

As one of the few office buildings in the resort Virginia Beach area located along the main interstate gateway route, the new Towne Pavilion Center II greets a plethora of tourist traffic, so expectations were high. H&A designed the five-story, 84,000 square foot Class A office building with architectural features that connect the new building with an existing office center and the new Virginia Beach Convention Center. Modern forms, precast concrete panels, and glass curtain walls draw attention to the building and the bank located in the first floor. Two lobby entrances on opposite sides of the building allow easy access from both the parking lot and main sidewalk. The lobby doubles as public reception and gallery space.
