New Embassy Compound, Belgrade, Serbia

H&A provided engineering design services for the $117M embassy compound in Belgrade. The 137,795 square foot compound includes a new office building, support annex, Marine security guard quarters, utility building, service compound access control, main compound access control, consular compound access control, and demarcation building. The buildings and the site are designed in accordance with Department of State security and code requirements and the LEED Green Building Rating System to achieve LEED Certification. The design-build team included Framaco International, Louis Berger, KCCT, and H&A.
