    Virginia-based architecture/engineering (A/E) firm, H&A Architects & Engineers (H&A), announces its 2011/2012 board of directors:

     

    Craig Newton, PE, senior vice president and director of federal programs, will serve as the chairman of the board.

     

    “As the new Chairman, I look forward to working with my fellow directors and our CEO over the next year to promote the culture of excellence that is essential to achieving our goals,” said Newton.

     

    Larry Willis, PE, senior vice president and director of government programs, will serve as the board’s treasurer.

     

    Benjamin Lilly, PE, senior vice president and director of embassy programs, will serve as the board’s secretary.

     

    Steven Pearson, AIA, senior vice president and director of military programs, will serve as a member of the board.

     

    Dennis Standbridge, PMP, senior vice president and director of operations, will serve as a member of the board.

     

    The board of directors is responsible for setting the overall direction of the firm, establishing company policies, bestowing corporate titles, and appointing the president of the firm.
