The H&A civil engineering team’s experience encompasses site planning, layout design, utility, grading, and storm water management for public and private clients throughout the world. We are intimately familiar with the design requirements of the many jurisdictions including international, federal, state, and local. We are experienced in incorporating sustainable site design elements for infrastructure and utility projects and have obtained LEED certification for many projects. We have designed enhanced site-specific security requirements on a project-specific basis and have incorporated the requirements for anti-terrorism force protection (ATFP).
